Inside Glazer/Table Man
The Position: We’re looking for an Inside Glazer/Table Man. The pay range we’re offering is $12.00 to $14.00 per hour.
- We offer health insurance with 80% of the cost paid, 401K with 4% matching, 5 paid holidays, 1-week paid vacation after the first year and 2-weeks paid vacation after 6 years.
- We also provide all of the power tools and safety equipment. Glazier would only be responsible to provide their own hand tools.
Requirements:
- Experience in and extensive knowledge of Glazing Industry practices especially glass cutting and installation of glass. Excellent math and problem-solving skills, detail oriented, and ability to work without a lot of close supervision. Pleasant and professional attitude as there will be lots of interaction with the customer.
Responsibilities:
- Installation of products and application of services to the quality of craftsmanship required to enhance the customer’s experience and the company’s reputation.
- Cut glass, mirrors, and plexiglass per customer requirements.
- Glass fabrication including sanding, notching, drilling, and polishing.
- Maintain counts/quantities of materials and supplies.
- Provide accurate and timely information to the sales staff and maintain an appropriate level of communication between the customer and the company.

Glazer
The Position: We’re looking for Commercial and Residential Glazers. The pay range we’re offering is $15.00 to $19.00 per hour.
- We offer health insurance with 80% of the cost paid, 401K with 4% matching, 5 paid holidays, 1-week paid vacation after the first year and 2-weeks paid vacation after 6 years.
- We also provide all of the power tools and safety equipment. Glazier would only be responsible to provide their own hand tools.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in and extensive knowledge of the Glazing Industry especially the commercial market. Excellent math and problem-solving skills, detail oriented, and ability to work without a lot of close supervision. Able to read blueprints and shop drawings. Familiar with storefront and curtain wall installation practices. OSHA training is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Installation of products and application of services to the quality of craftsmanship required to enhance the customer’s experience and the company’s reputation.
- Manage the materials, crew, and time to achieve the required results.
- Maintain the safety of the job and uphold the safety requirements of the company.
- Supervise the crew, provide instruction to the crew and maintain the quality of the crew that is under your direction.
- Provide accurate and timely information to the project manager and maintain an appropriate level of communication between the customer and the company.

- We do travel but are respectful of your time. We typically work 4-10 hour days when working out of town so that you are home with your family for a 3 day weekend. We pay per diem as well as hotel expenses.
